What we do
Our platform brings the rigour of a professional psychometric assessment to your fingertips. You complete a suite of validated assessments online, your results are scored against appropriate norm groups, and you receive a comprehensive career guidance report that interprets what your scores mean for your subjects, studies, and career direction.
The assessments
- Aptitude tests — verbal, numerical, abstract, mechanical and spatial reasoning, perceptual speed and accuracy, spelling, and language usage.
- Personality analysis — a structured profile of how you tend to think, feel, and approach work.
- Career interests — the Career Quest inventory, based on Dr John Holland's RIASEC model (Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, Conventional).
How scores are interpreted
Every score is compared against a norm group of similar people, so the same result can mean different things at different stages. Results are reported as percentile ranks and T-scores with clear, plain-language classifications. No single score decides anything: your aptitudes, personality, and interests are always read together, and a lower score points to where support or a better-matched path may help, never to any fault on your part.
